AireSpring, a leading provider of cloud communications and managed connectivity solutions, announced today that Tim Chenoweth has joined its team in the role of Director, Voice Vendor Management. He will have responsibility for driving AireSpring’s wholesale voice business, leveraging his deep experience and industry standing in vendor bilateral buy/sell relationships, expense optimization, contract negotiation and more.
Mr. Chenoweth is well-known in the telecom industry with a reputation for building trust and an industry-wide network of strong vendor relationships. His 23-plus years of background experience, almost all on the wholesale side of the business, include a history of success in business development, product management and development, strategic pricing, contract management, reducing company operating expenses, as well as carrier relations and vendor management.
Most recently, Mr. Chenoweth served as Director of Product Management and Network Routing, Wholesale, for Windstream, where he worked since 2015. Before that, he held the role of Director of Carrier Relations at ANPI and ANI Networks. He began his career in telecommunications working with Verizon, MCI and WilTel in various roles.

Mr. Chenoweth’s role at AireSpring as Director of Voice Vendor Management, will build on his industry relationships and professional experience in controlling network operating expenses. He will advance the company’s position among wholesale vendors, leveraging wholesale buying and selling opportunities in one strategically designed shop.
Mr. Chenoweth is a graduate of Langston University and received his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Tulsa. He currently resides in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area and serves on the Board of the Associated Communications Companies of America (ACCA).
